      • Change process (idea sheets)
      • Procedures for incident management
      • procedures for release management
      • Explication of new processes & improvements

 

  • Operation Management
    • escalation point for 2nd Line issues
    • set-up of structure with defined meetings, MoM, follow-up and actions.

 

  • Stakeholder & Communication Management
    • Responsible for general online/ecommerce information distribution
    • Alignment meetings within the organisation needed for operations & projects : Customer service, eCommerce, DevOps Supply chain & Trade, innovations team
    • Alignment with product development team : weekly status, Monthly steerco, Weekly CR meeting
    • Problem solving for Ad-hoc issues
