When I got into contact with the folks at itenium, I was not that interested in leaving my former employer. I would only leave for a project that met all my desired criteria, of which there were many. I figured I wouldn't hear back, at least not for a while. A week later I had my first interview, three weeks later I signed a contract. It's not always easy to find a good project, but they found one for me. They took into account the experience and type of project I was looking for specifically and found a great fit for me.
