Functiebeschrijving        

•             Werklocatie is Brussel en/of Gent, met een mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken.

•             Part-time of full-time.

•             support for all time registration activity (MS Project Server)

•             support the process flow regarding IT external resources

•             support the process flow regarding IT contracts

•             support the process flow regarding IT procurement

•             check the invoices of IT suppliers and goods received

•             support the process flow regarding IT documents on shared drives, Sharepoint

•             Keeping relevant supplier governance meetings and meeting participants lists updated

•             creating and sending out general informative mails

•             maintaining of a consolidated data file

•             answering requests/questions of IT suppliers

•             answering requests/questions of the internal departments

•             Preparing and facilitating supplier meetings + validation meeting minutes related to orders

•             Preparing and facilitating internal meetings to do reviews of orders and financial team status

•             Gather required commercial and technical information from responsible parties (e.g. PM, IT

               service managers)

•             Drive improvement and simplification

•             Budget planning and forecasting

•             Financial overview and reporting per supplier , per IT service unit and for Infra and

               Operations
