Our contribution
For the integration of new media partners on the CUE platform, Mediahuis called on itenium. Consultant Thomas, a functional analyst, took responsibility for translating the specific business needs into clear user stories, aligning with stakeholders and guiding development teams in building tailored solutions within the CUE platform.
Approach and collaboration
Connecting new media partners to CUE is complex: each partner has unique work processes that often require customisation. Thanks to Thomas’s structured approach, the projects ran smoothly and without disrupting the daily publication processes.

After a short but intensive analysis phase, the onboarding meetings with the partner began. The five-to-six-month project resulted in a successful go-live in November 2024. Today the project is in the maintenance phase, with a focus on stability and optimisation. - De Telegraaf
