What you will do

Gather and analyse data-exchange needs with business departments, Product Owners and external partners
Write Interface Design Documents covering API contracts, data mappings, transformation rules, error handling, volumetry and SLAs
Define and review OpenAPI (REST) and WSDL/XSD (SOAP) contracts and the right integration model: sync, async, event-driven, batch or publish/subscribe
Analyse existing MuleSoft flows and design equivalent solutions within Azure Integration Services
Build and maintain Postman collections and run functional, contract, regression and basic performance tests
Validate integration readiness, join Go/No-Go decisions and investigate incidents via Application Insights, API Management and Service Bus

Who we are looking for

Experience

You have at least 5 years in integration, API analysis and/or API testing across end-to-end projects, with strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, OpenAPI, WSDL, JSON, XML and API security (OAuth2, JWT, TLS/mTLS). Experience with Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, BizTalk or Boomi, plus Postman, SQL and troubleshooting, is expected.

Languages

Fluent in Dutch, comfortable in English.

Hybrid work

Hybrid work is possible, with the exact split to be agreed with the client.
