What you will do

Analyse cross-domain business processes and translate them into actionable data questions
Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports in Power BI or Tableau
Explore data to uncover trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities
Gather reporting needs with stakeholders and turn them into clear specifications
Monitor data quality and ensure consistent, reliable reporting outputs
Work with data warehouse structures and models to enable scalable analytics

Who we are looking for

Experience

At least 3 years in data analysis, BI, or a similar role delivering insights to stakeholders.

SQL Expertise

Strong SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation.

Dashboarding Skills

Proven experience with Power BI or Tableau and a user-focused reporting mindset.

Data Warehousing Knowledge

Familiar with layered architectures and concepts like Kimball/Inmon and SCDs.

Collaboration

Fluent Dutch speaker, strong English, communicative, independent, and team-oriented.
