What you will do

Build and grow a client portfolio by developing long-term relationships with decision-makers
Proactively identify new opportunities at scale-ups, mid-sized and large companies
Run targeted prospecting campaigns via phone, LinkedIn and other channels
Work closely with recruitment and internal stakeholders to match consultants to client projects
Lead the sales cycle: qualify needs, propose solutions, negotiate contracts and close deals
Track pipeline and results, and grow through commissions that reward impact

Experience

At least 2 years in IT consulting, software services sales or IT recruiting.

Strong Network Builder

You have an IT network or you build one quickly and naturally.

Commercial Drive

You’re proactive, goal-oriented, and energized by winning new business.

Consultative Seller

You listen, advise, and translate needs into the right solutions and profiles.

Communication & Ownership

Fluent Dutch speaker, strong English, reliable follow-through and team mindset.
