What you will do
- Build and grow a client portfolio by developing long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities at scale-ups, mid-sized and large companies
- Run targeted prospecting campaigns via phone, LinkedIn and other channels
- Work closely with recruitment and internal stakeholders to match consultants to client projects
- Lead the sales cycle: qualify needs, propose solutions, negotiate contracts and close deals
- Track pipeline and results, and grow through commissions that reward impact
