As a Functional Analyst, you’re the link between the business of our clients and their technical teams. You think along with the business, translate needs into clear solutions, and make sure software truly makes a difference.

What you will do

Analyze customer needs and translate them into clear functional specifications and user stories.
Work closely with developers, testers, and product owners to shape the right solution.
Use UML, domain modeling, and SQL to refine and validate requirements.
Safeguard the quality of delivered features and verify they meet expectations.
Play a key role in Scrum teams, helping collaboration run efficiently and result-oriented.

Who we are looking for

Experience

At least 5 years as a functional analyst or in a similar role.

Analytical

You’re comfortable with UML, domain modeling, and SQL.

Agile-minded

You thrive in a Scrum team and enjoy iterative work.

Communicative

A natural bridge-builder who switches smoothly between business and IT.

Personality

Solution-oriented, eager to learn, flexible, and resilient under pressure.
